STAMFORD -- Health Director Dr. Johnnie Lee will step down next week after leading the city health and social services departments for six years. His departure will bring a "better opportunity" with Ridgefield-based Boehringer Ingelheim, said Lee, whose last day with the city is Feb. 26.
